The hidden courtyards of the Petraio
This time we will take you to the panoramic staircase of the Petraio and the religious complex of S. Nicola da Tolentino: a structure of incomparable beauty, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, lying on the Neapolitan hills, halfway between the vineyards of San Martino and Corso Vittorio Emanuele, overlooking the Quartieri Spagnoli.
Looking out from its terraces, you will have the opportunity to watch the city while tasting an aperitif, offered by the insuperable staff of Casa Tolentino.
Casa Tolentino is the result of the Napolixenìa project funded by the “CON IL SUD” Foundation, which aims at the integration and employment of citizens and the enhancement of the Quartieri Spagnoli area, starting with the redevelopment and refurbishment of the Augustinian monastery of 1618.
