Descent into hell: from the Montenuovo oasis to the Lago d’Averno

A wonderful walk on the edge of the youngest volcano of the Phlegraean Fields (Campi Flegrei), born in 1538: the Montenuovo.
We will walk along a path that crosses a green OASIS, surrounded by pines and a rigorous Mediterranean scrub.
And once you get to the top, the view: Capo Posillipo, Nisida, Baia, and when the mist is not too thick, the green Ischia!
At the end of the tour, we will walk our way down to Lago d’Averno.
