Secret Bacoli: from Piscina Mirabilis to Jorit

A new tour, to discover the secret corners of ancient Bacoli: from the new mural by the street artist Jorit Agoch to the Piscina Mirabilis.
A walk that goes under the banner of archaeology and art: among the colourful alleys of ancient Bacoli and the ancient vestiges of the Augustan era.
Together we will visit the wonderful Piscina Mirabilis, a Roman cistern, part of the Serino aqueduct, created for the water supply of the Classis Misenensis of the Roman Navy, the Miseno military fleet.
We will then discover the colourful centre of Bacoli, with a stop at the new mural by street artist Jorit Agoch, created to celebrate two important symbols of the Area Flegrea (Phlegraean area): the Sibilla Cumana and the Piscina Mirabilis.
Last but not least, the Cento Camerelle (external), another complex of cisterns from the 1st century AD, unfortunately still closed to visitors.
