Certosa and San Martino museum

The hill of San Martino is one of the favourite stops for those who love panoramas and views from the top.
From this enchanting place, in fact, it is possible to enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Napoli’s old town, with Spaccanapoli and the many domes of the numerous local churches.
On the top of this hill there’s the splendid Certosa di San Martino, once home of the Carthusians, today one of the most characteristic museums of the city.
In addition to a baroque church, it houses a cloister, a small collection of noble carriages and a nativity scene collection.
